Response

Kin Berlin is a cultural platform that fosters community through an ever-changing programme of events. With no fixed base, location or theme, their identity must be necessarily flexible, yet distinctive enough to be memorable. Our identity, as the events themselves, brings diverse elements together, the monospaced logotype suggesting a unified assembly of parts – a coalescence dramatised in animated versions for web and social media. Our custom font, Kin, expands further on this approach with its confident, balanced letterforms.
